002. SPRING GOALS (alternative end)

hello.

i have two goals for spring.
it might have to do with my split personality,
or just plain indecisiveness
but i have two polar opposite looks i wanted to go to this spring

as mentioned in the previous blog, one is an eclectic mess of jewel tones and florals and crystals

and the other goal is:

almost normcore.

i cannot bare something too minimalistic
but leaving the layers and patterns is another choice for spring
and since i got this absolutely versatile piece from @wear.eternel

Jan Shirt from Wear Eternel

that plus a handful of Henn Kim aesthetics and it toned down my style a lot
www.hennkim.com

so I adopted this new aesthetic somehow
japanesque-european, arizona desert, summery spring...

not exactly the girl that I am,
but the girl that I'll be
(for spring, of course)

until next time,

xx

001. SPRING GOALS

you know, I just bought that wonderful velvet purple robe from a vintage store along the Naviglio Grande.

so the obsessions lately was jewel tone

I know, I know, it might be a little off-season, my taste
but don't you think these jewel tones goes well with the eclectic look though?

not only these clashing colors, but wearing different materials in one look is also what I'm trying to go for (glitter x velvet x fur x knit x metal x everything)
so that brings me to look for jewel tone items made from different materials

I mean I had like a million velvets (my personal obsession...)
so I can't get more velvets now can I?

bored with knits from the winter, I think crochets are toooooo friggin cute.

I met Beatriz Andrade on Facebook, and not only she got these jewel tone crochet clutches which are ABSOLUTELY ADORBS:

looky that. Is it possible to carry more than one clutches at a time?
(yes, as THIS ARTICLE in PopSugar said, bag layering is now cool)

but another thing that I absolutely love about Beatriz's bags are this cute detail
yasss,

💖💖💖💖💖  POM POMS!! 💖💖💖💖💖

like dude, I mean...

(tri-colored pompoms like whattttt  )💥

and a headdress for carnival

also because colors and pompoms and baskets are super cute for summer
(I mean it's spring here, but I'm from Thailand and we had a weird sense of season)

and that made me wanna go for a cute little picnic, super colorful parties that I used to throw a lot back at home

#springgoals

...

so if you guys are feeling whimsical and wants to get a vibrant to welcome spring, I hope you guys love the style 💕

don't forget to check out Beatriz Andrade

000. why here, why now

sup,

Name: Parisa Bunnag (Babe)
yeah, my nickname is REALLY Babe...sorry if it's a little awkward...it's the name my dad gave to me back in the 90s when there's no such thing as 'shawty' or 'bae'

Location: Milano, Italia

Do I speak Italian? No. Not really. But I do speak English and Thai, and trying to work on my Japanese too. I can googletranslatetalk to you in Italian though.

What: blog.

I decided to keep a blog of my time here, and English one separately, because I also have another blog in Thai but with globalisation and everything I was like, why not do one in English too.

Why: because memories fade so I need to put it into words

..

So, a quick talk about myself so you'll know what you're getting yourself into

 About BABE.

I'm a Fashion Promotion, Communication, and Media student from Istituto Marangoni, a fashion institute in Milan. Graduated from liberal arts, my love for fashion is looking beyond brands and labels to observe how we cultivate our identity through consumption

I mean, that's one interesting field of art form, don't you think?

.

I'm from the sunny side of the globe: Bangkok, Thailand to be exact. And I'm living in Europe for the first time, which is pretty exciting. Things are weird everywhere of course, but it's amazing and lovely to experience winter for a change.

so

this will be a blog about my fashion and lifestyle
keywords are: lazy, vintage, and eclectic
